Job Description

At Booker, we’re building simple, secure and customer‑centric digital experiences that help our customers shop with ease across web and mobile. Our Online Shopping team plays a crucial role in delivering a world‑class wholesale eCommerce experience — and we’re looking for a Digital Product Analyst to help us unlock insight, shape our roadmap and measure the impact of every change we make.

This is a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension, depending on business needs and project momentum.

As a Digital Product Analyst, you’ll work within the Booker Technology department as part of the Online Shopping team, supporting our rapidly growing digital channels. You’ll help shape product decisions through clear insights, robust measurement and data‑driven recommendations.

You’ll analyse how customers use our website and app, uncover trends, identify opportunities and help define what great looks like. You’ll support the delivery of secure, scalable and customer‑focused digital solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive business performance.

Booker.co.uk is the fastest‑growing online wholesale site in the UK — currently generating £3.5 billion in sales and serving around 3 million users — and your work will directly contribute to creating an effortless and engaging shopping journey for every Booker customer.

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Design teams, helping define OKRs, set targets and analyse product performance.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product analysis, from shaping requirements and defining metrics to validating data sources and delivering actionable insights.
  • Run and evaluate A/B tests to support continual optimisation across web and mobile journeys.
  • Use data from multiple sources to spot trends, uncover opportunities and answer key business questions.
  • Produce clear, compelling data visualisations that influence and drive decision‑making.
  • Confidently represent the team when sharing results and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Provide commercially aware insight to ensure recommendations deliver customer and business value.
  • Enrich analyses using external benchmarks and industry data to add context.
  • Experience in digital analytics roles, ideally within eCommerce or digital product teams.
  • Proven experience running experimentation programmes (A/B testing) to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams across the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
