Why this role?We're looking for a highly motivated Conduct and Control Support colleague to join our Customer Service team.
In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our Customer Service functions through reporting, analysis, insight and administrative support. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to provide meaningful data, coordinate key activities and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both colleague and customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing • Producing, maintaining and supporting a range of reports, documents, databases and systems to provide insight and support business decision-making.• Collecting, collating and analysing data from multiple sources, identifying trends and producing recommendations to support operational performance.• Creating and preparing reports, presentations and other documentation using Microsoft Office and departmental systems.• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating meetings, actions, communications and other business activities.• Maintaining and using data management and communication systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible and up to date.• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
What we’re looking for: (minimum criteria) • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends and provide meaningful recommendations.• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present information clearly and build effective working relationships.• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data management practices, policies and procedures, with the ability to support business objectives through accurate and effective administration.
And if you have any of these, even better • Experience working in a conduct, control, risk, governance or operational support environment.• Experience producing management information, performance reporting or business insight.• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives or operational change activities.• Knowledge of customer service operations within a regulated environment.
