JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the front-end sales contact for potential enterprise customers. The SDR is the first step in the two step sales approach and qualifies all the incoming leads which were sourced by the marketing team.
The SDR identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities from inbound marketing qualified leads. The SDR engages with potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, LinkedIn and email to analyse their needs. The SDR will furthermore do a “Multi-channel” follow-up to help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Engage with customers via phone/virtual meetings and email to analyse their needs
  • Profile the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives, who will assist in developing and sharpening your skills through consistent feedback
  • “Multi-channel” follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales KPIs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • English and German speaking (ideally native-speaker level in German)
  • Experience with SaaS B2B sales
  • The ability to be self-motivated in a high autonomy, independent remote working culture
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong desire to work in sales and contribute to a fast-growing company
  • Comfortable user of work tech like Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, Cognism, Outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Basic experience in software development
  • Prior successful lead qualification experience is a plus.

Austria: The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of “Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik” ST1 Einstiegsstufe (Starting with 39,956 EUR/year). We offer a higher compensation depending on your experience and skills
