Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you´ll build

As a Working Student in Product Enablement, you will translate complex topics into clear, practical, and hands‑on enablement that support SAP’s success in Business Transformation Management (BTM). You will help synthesize internal and external customer requirements, align them with current and planned product capabilities, and will contribute to designing and scaling concise, high‑impact enablement assets and demo experiences that drive adoption and value realization.

  • Drive strategic enablement topics for SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio and be part of a dynamic team that acts as a catalyst for scalable knowledge assets
  • Plan and prepare enablement formats and support the design, logistics, execution and follow-up of self-paced learning assets and instructor-led sessions
  • Create impactful content and prepare decisions by drafting slide decks, one-pagers, quick-start guides, etc.
  • Support learning analytics by tracking participation and learner feedback, summarizing insights, and proposing incremental improvements.
  • Drive organizational excellence like curating pages and repositories, improving findability, and maintaining consistency across assets.
  • Bring our learning offerings and productivity to the next level with AI by leveraging tools like Claude Code to increase efficiency of enablement, and develop new, engaging formats
  • Work closely with talented professionals from various disciplines like learning, enterprise architecture, consulting, pre-sales and sales among others and build your network within SAP.

What you bring

Must-haves:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Data/Process Management, or similar).
  • Interest in business processes and enterprise architecture, and motivation to learn quickly in these areas.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills: ability to structure complex topics clearly and build crisp slides and visuals. Confident to speak in front of larger audiences as a facilitator and trainer.
  • Tech and AI savviness: Confident with Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel); comfortable with collaborative content/workspace tools; Advanced experience in using AI (no code/low code) to automate tasks or create apps
  • Communication & teamwork: proactive, reliable, and collaborative; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • First exposure to SAP Signavio (process modeling or analysis) or SAP LeanIX (EA fundamentals).
  • Experience in supporting training delivery (co-moderation, breakout monitoring etc.).
  • Organizational skills for enablement delivery (scheduling, participant management, follow-ups, note-taking, light reporting in Excel).
  • Curiosity for how process and Enterprise architecture tooling is applied in day-to-day scenarios.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
