Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll build
In this role, you’ll help make complex topics easier to understand for SAP customers and colleagues. By creating useful materials such as videos, presentations, and templates, you’ll enable others to learn quickly and work more efficiently. Depending on your experience or interests, you may also contribute to technical tasks like building dashboards, analyzing data, preparing demos or setting up systems and users − supporting the team in staying productive and focused on priority activities.
You’ll be part of an open and diverse team that values collaboration and clear communication. Working side-by-side with other working students (f/m/d) and international colleagues, you’ll gain practical experience and enjoy plenty of opportunities to learn and grow − making a real impact.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: As long as you’re interested in software and technology, we’re happy to give all fields of study a chance
- Computer skills / programming languages: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Figma are a plus; VBA (Excel), MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, Jira, and AI are a plus but not a must
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, communicative, reliable, self-driven, flexible, willing to learn
- Other important skills / experience: Introductory knowledge of SAP Central Business Configuration, SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP in general is considered a plus, not a must
- Working regularly from the Walldorf office is required
Where you belong
Do you want to be part of an international, diverse and approachable team? You have no ambitions to make coffee for superiors, but you’re curious to learn about software, user assistance and technical things? Then join us and send your application.
Our team is in charge of helping people inside and outside the company to understand a software product called SAP Central Business Configuration that is key for the future of SAP. Briefly speaking, it’s a centralized tool that will make it possible for SAP customers to configure business processes across our SAP cloud products based on their needs, but you’ll learn more about this once you start here.
Still unsure about applying? Watch this OVERVIEW VIDEO to learn more about who we are and what we do!
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
