What you´ll build

• Support creation of new documents and update of existing presentations: Get excited with risk management presentations
• Support strategic initiatives: Support our team in strategic and innovative initiatives around data quality, continuous improvements, AI and automation
• Support daily operations: by assisting the Data Protection Risk & Quality Office with routine tasks, process improvements, ad hoc reporting, and audit preparation activities

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of Business Information Technology or Business Administration, preferably pursuing a master’s degree.
• Computer skills: MS 365 – especially SharePoint and Teams
• Automation & Data skills: MS 365 – especially Power Automate, Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills plus professional presentation, networking and visualization skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus; written and verbal.
• Soft skills: Bring a creative and innovative mindset that leads to fresh, non traditional approaches challenging the status quo
• Ability to join the team at the office in Dresden or Leon - ROT

Welcome to the Data Protection & Privacy, Risk & Quality Office within Global Cloud Operations (GCO).

We serve as the guardians of the GCO Risk Management Process and its related controls. By ensuring full alignment with the SAP Global Risk Management Policy, we help secure zero non compliance across all relevant audits, attestations, and certifications - strengthening SAP’s position as a trusted and reliable cloud partner.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
