What you´ll build

• Introduce training concepts: Create and implement training materials that inspire
• Support daily operations and communication: Handle routine tasks, process improvements, ad‑hoc reporting, audit preparation, and the creation of presentations and newsletters
• Maintain information and collaboration spaces: Keep wiki pages, SharePoint sites, and MS Teams channels up to date

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of Business Information Technology or Business Administration, preferably pursuing a master’s degree
• Computer skills: MS Office 365 – especially Power BI and Power Automate
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus; written and verbal
• Soft skills: Bring a creative mindset that leads to fresh, non traditional approaches, excellent communication, presentation and networking skills

Welcome to the Data Protection & Privacy, Risk & Quality Office within Global Cloud Operations (GCO).

We serve as the guardians of the GCO Risk Management Process and its related controls. By ensuring full alignment with the SAP Global Risk Management Policy, we help secure zero non compliance across all relevant audits, attestations, and certifications - strengthening SAP’s position as a trusted and reliable cloud partner.

We are a dynamic, positive, and forward thinking team with a passion for excellence. We look forward to meeting you and shaping the future of risk management together.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
