What you'll build

For CX Cloud Operations and Trust within SAP Customer Experience Line of Business, we are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) who is interested in project coordination, operational excellence, and structured communication, and who can support the team up to 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will actively contribute to planning, organizing, and communicating internal initiatives, while gaining hands on experience in a global, cross functional environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

Project & Operations Support

  • Support project coordination activities, including planning, task tracking, status reporting, and follow up of ongoing initiatives within CX Cloud Operations and Trust
  • Assist in organizing and structuring operational and project-related activities across the team
  • Support internal operational tasks in close collaboration with colleagues

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements
  • Support documentation of project milestones, operational workflows, and best practices
  • Contribute to streamlining internal administration and communication through automation and improved use of collaboration tools

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and structured documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Support the preparation, organization, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and team events
  • Work closely with colleagues from different departments and regions to support effective communication and knowledge sharing

Social Media & Internal Marketing (LinkedIn Focus)

  • Support the team in promoting initiatives, achievements, and project highlights of CX Cloud Operations and Trust via LinkedIn and internal communication channels
  • Help draft and coordinate professional LinkedIn posts aligned with SAP branding and messaging guidelines
  • Contribute ideas to increase visibility and awareness of the team’s work through digital communication and storytelling

AI Enabled Support & Digital Tools

As part of your daily work, you will leverage AI powered tools to increase efficiency, improve quality, and support data driven decision making in project and operational tasks.This includes:

  • Using AI assistants (e.g. Microsoft Copilot or similar tools) to support:
    • Drafting and summarizing documentation, meeting notes, and presentations
    • Creating structured status updates, reports, and action trackers
  • Supporting process analysis and improvement through AI assisted information analysis and pattern identification
  • Applying AI tools to support content creation for internal communications and LinkedIn posts (e.g. outlines, wording suggestions, consistency checks)
  • Learning how AI can be used responsibly and effectively in a security and compliance aware cloud operations environment

Learning & Exposure

  • Gain insights into cloud operations, trust frameworks, service governance, and operational excellence in a global setup

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and are eager to gain hands on experience in project management, operations, and digital communication in an international environment.

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and highly organized, enjoys coordinating tasks and stakeholders, and is motivated to continuously learn.

Required / Preferred qualifications:

  • Fields of study: Project Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Project & communication skills:
    • Interest or initial experience in project management, coordination, or communication management
    • Ability to structure information, manage tasks, and follow up on deliverables
  • Digital & Office Skills:
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Social Media & Marketing Interest:
    • Interest in professional social media, especially LinkedIn, internal communications, or employer branding
    • Experience with writing short professional posts or creating presentation content is a plus
  • Digital & AI Affinity:
    • Interest in using AI based tools to improve productivity, organization, and communication
    • First experience with AI assistants (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) is a plus
    • Willingness to learn and apply AI tools in a structured, responsible, and compliance aware manner
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Soft skills: Team player, detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, self-driven, and open-minded
  • Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or trust/compliance topics

Availability: Ability to work from the Garching office at least two days per week

CX Cloud Operations & Trust is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, security, and compliance of SAP’s Customer Experience cloud solutions with a focus on :

  • Operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Security and compliance governance
  • Cross team coordination and standardized ways of working

As part of CX Cloud Operations & Trust you will work in an international, cross functional environment, collaborating with experts across regions and disciplines. The role offers strong exposure to project management practices, operational governance, and structured communication within a global cloud organization.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
