About the role:

The Preferred Success Cloud ERP team is looking for a working student to assist in running and steering the organization. This will include support in reporting and monitoring the business of the Cloud ERP solution area, which includes S/4HANA Public and Private, Supply Chain Management, and Business Transformation Management (Signavio, LenIX, WalkMe).
In addition, you will orchestrate regular tracking of strategic projects, drive effective stakeholder communication, and robust governance processes for our portfolio of strategic initiatives.
With hands-on experience in project coordination, analysis, reporting, and communication, the project manager will ensure clear visibility into project progress and successful delivery.

What you’ll do:

• General management support of the LT in Cloud ERP as we transform
• Help prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to the steering of the business area of Preferred Success Cloud ERP, metrics and outcomes.
• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously, from initiation through closing stages.
• Support the development of project plans and timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and IT ensuring alignment and communication.
• Identify potential business risks and issues plus assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project team meetings and promote effective communication both within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.

What you bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and collaboratively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
