What you'll build
- Project & Program Support: Support team-internal projects by preparing drafts, summaries, overviews and follow-up communication
- Communication & Content Creation Prepare meeting materials, talking points, and structured templates for leadership and organizational communication (e.g. All Together Meetings, project updates, internal Learning Session invites)
- Maintain and update shared communication templates for broader team usage
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations, templates and visual materials
- Leadership Team Support: Work closely with leadership and team members to gather feedback, coordinate content, and support day-to-day operations
- Event & Meeting Preparation: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and workshops, including follow-ups and documentation
- Operational & Administrative Support: Support procurement-related tasks such as vendor contact, product availability checks, assist with cost tracking and coordination
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with leadership and team members to gather feedback, coordinate content, and update shared documents

What you bring
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, looking to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, international setting. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, well-organized, solutions-oriented, and energized by lifelong learning.
- Preferred fields of study
- Communications, Media, Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Humanities, or related fields
- Essential skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Especially high proficiency in PowerPoint (structuring slides, visualizing content, applying branding elements)
- Business fluency in English and German
- Strong time and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in data visualization and process analysis
- Interest in project management, internal communications & organizational development
- Enjoyment of office management tasks and coordinating day-to-day team operations
- Soft skills:
- High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation
- Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, and reliable
- Team player with an open and collaborative mindset
Where you belong
Our Corporate Processes & Information Technology Business Operations team (mainly based in Walldorf, Germany) supports the Chief Process and Information Officer (CPIO) of SAP and the leadership teams in our organization of over 4,000 employees. CPIT Business Operations drives core business services for SAP’s Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) organization by implementing a harmonized operating system, delivering operations as a service, and supporting the business in achieving their goals and driving strategy execution.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
