What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) in Cloud ERP Product Success Enablement Channels and Automation, you will work closely with our stakeholders to help build the bridge between development and our customers. You will drive various channels reaching from the creation of product highlights to the roll-out via release videos, webinars, blog posts, demo videos or other learning assets. You will contribute to the success and scalability of the product expert enablement programs for Cloud ERP. See more details here chart.

We look for a working student to support our enablement channels, from planning to execution. In your role, you will:

• Drive and streamline central enablement activities
• Create assets such as blog posts, (demo) videos, release highlights, or micro learnings
• Support the organization and execution of live sessions as part of different webinar formats as well as other learning videos
• Support the organization of onsite events such as the Customer Councils
• Analyze knowledge gaps and help create the right content in the right format
• Engage with customers via the SAP Community
• Engage with stakeholders in the field, services, and partner organizations
• Help drive automation for the team efforts

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study product management, project management or communications / media
• Language skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus
• Soft skills: It’s an advantage if you bring PMO skills, expertise in the area of communications or video editing skills. You should be a self-organized team player and have an output-oriented work style, driving topics to timely results, and pay attention to high-quality outcomes
• Other important skills/experience: Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology is a plus
• Working from Walldorf office is required 2x per week

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
