What you will do :

As a Software Engineer in SAP IT team you will work on Cloud Application development and Operations on SAP BTP(Business Technology platform) and CPQ(Configure Price Quote)

your responsibilities include ( but not limited to)

• Develop new applications and enhancements on SAP BTP and CPQ by using Java Spring, Node.js, CAP framework and Python scripting.
• Work closely with other internal teams in CPIT, such as product management, Business analysts, designers and end-users to ensure product success.
• Work in a distributed scrum team setup in an Agile environment.
• Improve software quality, performance and stability by providing technical inputs.
• Develop operational tools and reports to support business requirements.
• Design and develop Integrations of applications.
• Learn SAP’s Sales Process and propose AI use cases wherever applicabl

What you bring :

• Academic degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional work experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring , CAP, Python and BTP Cloud foundry/Kyma
• Good understanding of BTP application development, Workflows and Integration technologies.
• Experience with large-scale data architecture, data modelling, database design, and information systems implementation.
• Knowledge in AI and LLMs/Agentic AI would be added advantage
• Expertise in SAP Build Process Automation and low code no code framework.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language
• Familiarity with agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as a team player.
