Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll build
You’ll shape how enterprise users interact with intelligent software, designing end-to-end experiences that are clear, trustworthy, and impactful at scale. From discovery to delivery, you’ll own complex product areas, conducting research, defining interaction patterns, and collaborating with product and engineering to bring well-crafted solutions to life.
- Lead design for complex product areas, owning decisions from discovery to delivery
- Design AI-assisted workflows with attention to clarity, trust, and explainability
- Mentor junior designers and set the standard for design craft on the team
- Measure impact through usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software, data-rich workflows, or business-critical applications
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on complex digital products
- Ability to independently own design for complex product areas and serve as the primary point of contact for design decisions
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience using insights and data to drive decisions and conducting usability testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and research teams
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma), design systems, and an interest in emerging interaction paradigms, including AI-assisted experiences
Where you belong
You’ll join a passionate group of UX professionals working at the intersection of enterprise software and intelligent experiences. The team is based in Sofia and works closely with colleagues across the globe - collaboration across disciplines and borders is how great work gets done here.
At this level, you’ll have real influence. Your design decisions set the standard others refer to, and mentoring junior designers is a core part of the role. You’ll work on problems at the edge of what’s technically and organizationally feasible, designing for AI-powered interfaces where clarity, trust, and user impact are the measures that matter.
