YOUR FUTURE ROLE

P&C – The People and Culture board area enables the organization to develop the skills, culture and workforce needed for successful execution of SAP strategy and so delivers towards our success.

The Change & Culture unit is a new addition to P&C with the mandate to provide a systematic change architecture and consistent approaches to culture and change across SAP building on best in practice approaches.
Our team has the mandate and expertise to design and implement interventions for organizational development, implement change management approaches through networks and directly deliver change management for strategic projects. We build and nurture communities and networks through which we scale to all employees.

Our internal customers for Change Management are teams and leaders across the company whose organizations are impacted by shifts in processes, ways of working, reorganisations, and other changes. To evolve culture, our practice focuses on interventions with leaders, teams and individual contributors such that it supports growth of the business and a thriving work environment.

Having experts and experienced practitioners who can span this work with a focus on either broad organizational development or in hands on change management is key to our success. As we scale through networks in the organization, we also seek experience developing networks and communities of practice.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Be the primary change manager or co-lead for strategic large-scale projects in the organization.
  • Be a valuable partner to sponsors, team leads and guide the project team to implement change management, so they successfully take people along.
  • Align closely with stakeholders across the company and closely with P&C Business Partners.
  • Design frameworks, approaches and specific interventions, some to be implemented by C&C, others to be implemented through networks
  • Mentor and support change agents in the organization and in our networks.
  • Drive change and Organizational Development capability building including delivering train-the-trainer sessions and supporting C&C communities.
  • Track performance of C&C practice along defined KPIs.


YOUR PROFILE

  • 8 plus years of work experience supporting complex change management programs and/or culture change at the enterprise level.
  • Hands on experience implementing change management on large projects. PROSCI certification is desired. Experience with PROSCI or similar processes is necessary.
  • Ability to facilitate virtual & on-site workshops with strong communication, presentation creation skills and delivery experience with the ability to target the messages based on the audience.
  • Data fluency is desirable Highly adaptable - able to pivot quickly and identify impacts and communicate hurdles based on changing business needs or feedback from stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships across all levels of SAP
    Outstanding listening, communication, empathy, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills as well as project management skills
