What you'll build

Join our Product Management team focused on air travel booking. This role involves designing and delivering features for the next-generation Concur corporate booking tool, working closely with the rail team and other verticals. We're seeking a customer-focused individual passionate about innovative software in corporate travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the launch of new product features using input from stakeholders.
  • Help drive the success, quality, cost management and delivery of feature through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Oversee design decisions and implementation for high-impact travel booking features.
  • Conduct research, recommend solutions, and ensure launch readiness.
  • Write user stories, set acceptance criteria, and measure feature adoption.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer issues; develop business requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally in HPOM and Agile environments.
  • Delve into Artificial Intelligence and the opportunities that it brings to solving customer problems.

Additional Role Accountabilities:

  • Analyze market trends and gather user requirements.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert and enable successful delivery of software initiatives.
  • Ensure services are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Encourage data-driven decisions and manage legacy features

What you bring

  • BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in product management or equivalent roles.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and communicating to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with airline content, online booking tools, Adobe Analytics, Aha, JIRA is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with hands-on experience creating user experience, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes and success metrics.
  • Well organized with a focus on delivering rapid incremental value, ensuring that details don't get overlooked.
  • Demonstrated problem solver with ability to navigate challenges and overcome roadblocks.
  • Good to have: experience with frontend and API requirements, and understanding how they work

Where you belong

This position is in the Product Management team for travel, focusing primarily on Air, but working with the Rail vertical as well. This team is responsible for designing and delivering the next generation Concur corporate booking tool, focusing specifically on the air and rail travel booking experience and content supply.

Our team has both breadth and depth in the travel industry, and we are excited to be able to put our expertise to work to design and implement a best in class, innovative booking experience.
