Join Our Team to Shape Exceptional SAP Concur Solutions and Drive Data-Driven Success

We are seeking a talented professional to join the SAP Concur Product Success team. We need you to combine your Product Expertise along with your strong Data & Analytical prowess. This unique opportunity centers around supporting customers using SAP Concur and other SAP Cloud Solutions, while leveraging data to inform product strategy, enhance customer experiences, and champion a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and SAP teams to design and deliver robust, cloud-based SAP Concur solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire solution lifecycle, from concept to technical implementation, including demos and scenario testing.
  • Drive successful adoption and utilization of SAP Concur and SAP Cloud products by providing expert support and managing customer escalations.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that inform product strategy and development.
  • Create and share best-practice content to foster community engagement and support within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, visualizing key metrics for stakeholders.
  • Support migration and alignment of data assets with centralised strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by equipping stakeholders with the necessary tools, training, and resources.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Degree in Data Analysis, Comp Sci, Engineering, Math, Business or similar experience.
  • Hands-on SAP Concur or SAP Cloud know-how—certifications or real-world expertise welcome.
  • 7+ years’ experience in SAP consulting, product, development, support, BI, or analytics roles.
  • Solid grasp of SAP Concur setup, SAP ERP, and other SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Confident with configuration reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and integrations.
  • Proven at using data to boost adoption, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Comfortable with SQL and familiar with Python tools like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau is a big plus.
  • Enjoys digging into data to spot trends and share insights.
  • Flexible, self-driven, and embraces change with a positive attitude.
  • Polished presenter—great with execs and large customers alike and fantastic communicator in English (extra languages a bonus).
  • Team player who thrives in a lively, fast-moving environment.
  • Grace under pressure—owns problems and delivers on deadlines.
  • Happy to travel to customers if needed.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102400 - 214300(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
