As part of empowered Lean team setup we are seeking an Application Developer who is acting as builder with strong expertise in modern SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and exposure to AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade mobile applications that integrate intelligent capabilities, leveraging SAP’s mobile services, AI Core, and cloud-native extensions, lead end-to-end development of SAP UI and backend solutions, design enterprise-grade mobile applications using SAP MDK, and collaborate closely with functional and business teams.

You will work closely with architects, UX designers, and AI teams to deliver high-performance mobile solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

What you`ll do:

• Design and develop enterprise mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) and SAP BTP Mobile Services for Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and enhance ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, and build/expose OData services using RAP, ensuring reuse of common frameworks and components.
• Build cloud‑native backend services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java), SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Integrate mobile applications with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, SAP CAP, and other backend systems.
• Create reusable, metadata‑driven mobile components and implement offline/online data synchronization using OData services.
• Design, develop, and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5/Fiori Elements, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and OData services.
• Lead the Fiori application lifecycle, including deployment on SAP BTP/Fiori Launchpad, troubleshooting integration issues across BTP, MDK clients, and devices, and monitoring performance, analytics, and logs.
• Exposure to AI‑driven features such as NLP, conversational assistants, semantic search, recommendations, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI workflows.
• Work with SAP AI Core, AI Runtime, SAP AI Services, and SAP Generative AI Hub.
• Implement secure authentication using SAP Identity Services, OAuth, and XSUAA.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing, monitor AI accuracy and drift, analyze user behavior, and ensure compliance with SAP and enterprise standards for architecture, performance optimization, and mobile security.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field with 7–12 years’ experience, including 3+ years in SAP MDK and SAP BTP.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, MDK rules/actions/metadata, BAS, Mobile SDK, testing tools (Mocha, Appium), and pipelines.
• Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) with Xcode; exposure to NativeScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native, or UI5.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP Mobile Services (online/offline), ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP Fiori/SAPUI5, OData, REST APIs, SAP Gateway; good knowledge of CAP, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Mobile DevOps, SAP S/4HANA/ECC flows; basic exposure to AI/ML, LLM integration, and SAP AI APIs.
• Strong communication, Agile execution, technical leadership, problem‑solving, mentoring, architecture ownership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, Work with product owners and architects to design scalable mobile + AI architectures.
