Job Description

What you'll bring

You're a student or recent graduate curious about technology and its role in business. You're at your best when details matter and every interaction counts.

  • A genuine interest in enterprise technology and how it delivers value to customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working across global and cross-functional teams
  • Customer orientation — a focus on creating seamless, memorable experiences at every touchpoint
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to deliver results independently

We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at.

In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.

What you'll build

You'll support live customer engagements at one of SAP's flagship showcase spaces in New York. Your work shapes the impression every visitor takes away from SAP.

  • Prepare and customize the show floor ahead of each customer tour in coordination with account teams
  • Support tour execution, including live broadcasting and real-time production
  • Coordinate onsite customer and partner events end to end
  • Maintain the showcase space and work with third-party partners on troubleshooting and upkeep
  • Build proficiency in the SAP Experience Center portfolio and present it confidently to visitors
  • Contribute to executive briefing materials, including presentations, reports, and videos

Where you belong

The SAP Experience Center team brings together account teams, subject matter experts, and executive leaders to deliver high-impact, customized customer engagements. You'll work at the heart of that effort. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programs, and peers. This role is based full-time at SAP's Hudson Yards office in New York City.
