Job Description

What you'll bring

You're a student or recent graduate curious about technology and customer experience. You enjoy learning in live settings — workshops, customer conversations, and cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI and a readiness to apply AI tools in day-to-day tasks and workflows
  • Curiosity about AI journey mapping and AI data analytics, and how they shape customer storytelling
  • An interest in event planning and coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements
  • A collaborative approach that keeps the customer's needs front of mind
  • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple workstreams

We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at.

In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools (including agentic AI) to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from Day 1.

What you'll build

You'll support live executive experiences at the SAP Experience Center in New York, contributing to real engagements from day one. From customer tours to AI workshops, you'll build skills in storytelling, Design Thinking, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Prepare and conduct executive-level customer tours through the Experience Center, presenting SAP products and the SAP innovation vision
  • Participate in preparation calls with account teams, engagement leads, and storytellers to shape each interaction
  • Co-facilitate SAP Business AI and Agentic AI workshops, and run breakout sessions after completing onboarding
  • Learn and deliver SAP innovation showcase content to customer audiences over time
  • Create and adapt engagement content — presentations, demos, visuals, and post-visit summaries
  • Develop storytelling assets tailored to each customer's AI journey and business priorities
  • Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and account teams on content and engagement delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and select projects across North American SAP Experience Centers

Where you belong

The Innovation Experience Services team delivers tailored engagements at SAP's Experience Center in New York, connecting account teams, subject matter experts, and leaders around each customer's business. You'll gain exposure to C-level conversations and SAP's innovation narrative in a high-visibility environment. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers. This internship is based on-site at 10 Hudson Yards.
