職務

SAP Business AIにより顧客のビジネス課題を解決するためにDXプロジェクト等の提案、実行及びビジネスの推進を担当します。

具体的には、SAP Business AIの主要要素であるMachine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), Predictive Analytics, Big Data, Business Process Automationといった領域におけるSAP Business Technology Platformでの導入・開発やPoC(Proof of Concept)プロジェクトのリードまたはプロジェクトメンバーとして参画します。

【必須となる経験とスキル】

• SAP S/4HANAの基礎知識を有し、導入プロジェクトに関わったことがあること。
• 統計、 機械学習や深層学習の基礎的知識を有し、これらを活用した開発および設計、導入プロジェクトに関わった経験を有すること。
• 自然言語処理やLLM（大規模言語モデル）、RAG（Retrieval Augmented Generation） の基礎的知識を有し、これらを活用した開発および設計、導入プロジェクトに関わった経験を有すること。
• JavaやNode.jsやPythonなどオープン系開発言語を用いたシステムの設計及び開発経験を有すること。
• 最新の技術をキャッチアップし、積極時にお客様に提案し、実行に進めていくマインドセットを有すること。
• ビジネス課題に対するソリューション案を顧客に提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。
• 本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえたビジネス視点での建設的な議論・会話ができる経験、もしくは素養をもつこと。
• 社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、SAPグループ内のエンジニア/コンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。

以下の経験、スキルをお持ちの方は、特に優遇します。

• 機械学習のフレームワーク（TensorFlow、Keras、Pytorch、Scikit-Learn、Hugging Face、Langchain等）での実装経験や導入経験があること。
• Dockerやkubernetesなどコンテナ技術の導入やサーバレスなサービス構築経験があること。
• 導入プロジェクトの提案作成が可能な経験・知識をもつこと。つまり、何らかのソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識をもつこと。
• 営業とともに顧客訪問しながら、顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、提案書を作成できる能力をもつこと。
• 新製品のロールイン/ロールアウトの経験があること。
• クラウド基盤におけるシステム設計および開発経験を有すること。
• 会計、ロジスティクス、生産等の業務システム導入における要件定義・ビジネス設計工程を担当した経験があること。
• SAP HANAまたはSAP Business Technology Platformを活用したコンサルティングや導入プロジェクトの経験があること。
• その他のSAP製品を活用したコンサルティングや導入プロジェクトの経験があること。
