What you'll do
- Develop scope, timelines, and action plans to drive the timely resolution of critical customer situations
- Ensure appropriate management reporting
- Analyze current processes to identify improvement areas with significant impact
- Interact with customers and internal stakeholders, covering all levels from employees to leadership team
- Foster awareness for positive impact of our team
What you bring
- Good sense of quality and professionalism with a focus on delivery. Process orientation and affinity to new technologies
- Taking accountability for efficient and professional project execution and communication
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding problems, both business and technology related, and translating them into meaningful messages
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with, convince, and influence stakeholders, colleagues, and customers
- Knowledge of S4/HANA Cloud or other cloud solutions and general cloud experience, as well as knowledge of SAP's support processes
- 3+ years of work experience
- Experience in different functional areas (inside or outside of SAP) is beneficial
- Good understanding of high-level decision-making is beneficial
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
