As a Product Specialist (f/m/d) you will collaborate closely with our internal and external business stakeholders by providing solutions and guidance to customers and partners.

Reporting to the Head of Product Success for S/4HANA Cloud Private and SCM, you will work in a globally distributed team of SCM Product Success experts.

You will be part of a new and growing Product Success hub in Budapest, with colleagues from different units of the same organization.

We are seeking for an expert in one of the following product areas:

SAP Integrated Product Design OR

SAP Field Service Management

Voice of the customer and partner

  • Be the primary technical-functional counterpart for focus customers and partners; surface needs, challenges, and outcomes with clear evidence.
  • Run a tight feedback loop: capture, consolidate, and validate insights; translate them into prioritized asks for Product Management and Development; track decision and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Represent cross-customer patterns via Expert Communities of Practice; influence roadmaps and backlog with data-backed themes.
  • Communicate proactively on roadmaps, changes, and best practices, drive advocacy and references through visible customer outcomes.
  • Support upgrade process to minimize disruption and accelerate use of new capabilities.

Innovation adoption and value

  • Orchestrate innovation adoption from pilot to scale: Early Adopter Care, beta validation, and post-release guidance.
  • Ensure projects land value: regular engagement during implementations, risk prevention, and early de-escalation.
  • Define and execute customer action plans focused on measurable outcomes and time-to-value.

Cross-functional impact

  • Align Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Partners, Marketing, Product, and Development on clear customer objectives and adoption plays.
  • Provide real-world examples and co-innovation opportunities to Development to shape and harden features.
  • Share knowledge that scales: produce and maintain high-value assets (blogs, micro-learnings, webinars, SAP Learning courses) to enable the ecosystem and deflect tickets.

Scope notes

  • Focus on being the voice of customers and partners to the product organization and the driver of innovation adoption in the field.

Role Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or product management for FSM, IBP or related apply Chain topics
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology, as well as SAP BTP solutions/engines with an expertise in SCM Design Operate and Service
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering Design Operate and Service or equivalent planning projects or other customer facing programs
  • Strong network of experts, including SAP partners and customers
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English is a must, German and further languages are advantageous to better support the location of our content
  • University degree, preferably in Business Information Technologies or Logistics or equivalent training and job experience.
