Meet the team

The mission of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP Product Management team is to drive and grow SAP’s Enterprise Performance Management portfolio by delivering meaningful outcomes for finance leaders.

We work closely with engineering, product marketing, and partners to continuously evolve SAP’s EPM solutions. Product Management represents the voice of the customer, shaping an outcome-based product vision and roadmap that helps organizations plan better, close faster, and manage performance with confidence.

As Product Expert for EPM Integration and Platform, you will play a central role in connecting products, teams, and roadmaps. You will help integrate new capabilities into SAP’s EPM portfolio while ensuring alignment with our North Star vision. You will work across Group Reporting, consolidation, and SAP Analytics Cloud to turn multiple product areas into one cohesive platform.

You will work in a global team across multiple locations and report to the Product Management Head of Enterprise Performance Management.

What you’ll do

Platform integration and North Star alignment

  • Drive integration of new capabilities into SAP’s EPM portfolio, aligning them with the long-term North Star vision
  • Work closely with product managers across Group Reporting, consolidation, and SAP Analytics Cloud to define integration priorities and shared outcomes
  • Identify quick wins as well as longer-term platform opportunities, balancing near-term value with strategic direction
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable integration plans across teams

Cross-topic leadership and delivery ownership

  • Act as cross-topic Product Manager for features requiring collaboration across multiple product teams
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-team initiatives, from idea through implementation and release
  • Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, dependencies are visible, and responsibilities across teams are aligned
  • Coordinate closely with engineering leads to support planning, refinement, and execution
  • Monitor progress, facilitate regular alignment discussions, and proactively address risks or delays

Collaboration, quality, and user experience

  • Partner with UX, documentation, and product teams to ensure solutions meet quality, usability, and consistency standards
  • Ensure customer-facing features are delivered with clear documentation and coherent user journeys
  • Support teams in making trade-offs that protect delivery timelines while maintaining product quality
  • Foster strong collaboration across product management, engineering, UX, and documentation

Stakeholder alignment

  • Act as a central connector between external product teams and SAP EPM stakeholders
  • Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and prioritization workshops across organizations
  • Provide transparency on progress, priorities, and risks to leadership and product teams

Your work will ensure that SAP EPM evolves as a connected platform, not isolated products.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or solution leadership within enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of consolidation process
  • Experience working across multiple product teams in complex environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-topic initiatives without formal authority
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating delivery across engineering, UX, documentation, and product teams
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines in multi-team initiatives
  • Structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or Enterprise Performance Management is a strong plus.

You will join a global Product Management organization focused on Enterprise Performance Management, spanning FP&A, planning, analytics, and consolidation.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior product managers, engineering leads, UX designers, and documentation teams across regions. Day to day, you will connect strategy with execution, align teams around shared goals, and help deliver integrated platform capabilities.

This is a role with high visibility and impact, offering the opportunity to shape SAP’s EPM platform while working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and collaboration.
