Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll do:

As a working student, you will be a creative partner to our consulting team — going beyond making slides "look good." You will translate complex content into clean, visual layouts, help maintain our presentation asset library, and contribute to an internal presentation tool project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presentation Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve customer-facing presentations, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and alignment with SAP branding standards.
  • Template & Asset Management: Take ownership of our internal presentation library by revamping templates and keeping assets consistently organized and up to date.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with planning and executing internal tools initiatives, including data collection, strategic analysis, and project communication.
  • Business Support & Innovation: Provide day-to-day operational support while proactively exploring new technologies and identifying ways to streamline team workflows.
  • Brand Advisory: Act as an internal advisor on brand guidelines and presentation best practices, helping the team navigate brand-related questions.
  • AI & Tooling: Continuously explore and enhance AI-based tools to improve how we create and manage presentations.

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint — able to build, reformat, and standardize presentations from scratch.
  • Good working knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Skills, and Canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense for visual design, layout, and presentation aesthetics.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple files, versions, and tasks without losing track.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
You are proactive and self-driven, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and pushing work forward independently. You communicate clearly and collaborate well with diverse stakeholders. You are eager to learn and quick to adapt to new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, or basic data collection and project tracking is welcome.
  • Prior exposure to a corporate or extra-curricular environment is an advantage.

Meet your team

The HR Innovation and Transformation team helps customers translate their HR vision into a strategic business architecture and roadmap, aligned with their business goals and HR IT architecture. We support organizations on their journey to the Cloud, help them re-think HR processes, and create the employee experience journeys that matter most.
Day-to-day, the work spans live consulting support, building and maintaining a presentation asset library, and driving strategic tool initiatives — often in parallel, often against tight deadlines. We are a global team, and you will work side by side with other working students in our Cairo office. If you thrive on variety, take pride in visual quality, and get energy from solving problems no one handed you a playbook for, you'll fit right in.

Bring out your best
