Job Description
Job Purpose/
Summary
The Sales Enablement Intern supports the LAM Sales Enablement team by enhancing visibility of ongoing initiatives, ensuring proper documentation of process-related agreements, and contributing to maintaining a single source of truth. The role helps streamline ways of working across Region, Areas, and Global teams by improving structure, tracking, and communication of key processes.
Key Responsibilities
List the 8-12 key responsibilities
- Support the consolidation and tracking of ongoing Sales Enablement initiatives across LAM
- Maintain and update a centralized repository as the single source of truth for key process agreements
- Build a way to help documenting in a consistent and upgraded manner decisions, agreements, and process updates
- Facilitate visibility of execution progress through reporting, dashboards, or trackers
- Support alignment between Regional, Area, and Global stakeholders by organizing information and updates
- Help standardize templates and documentation to improve consistency in ways of working
- Contribute to identifying gaps in process visibility, tracking, or communication
- - Structure a way to help coordination of follow-ups to ensure adherence to agreed processes
- Required Experience
- Previous internship or academic exposure to business operations, project management, or sales support is a plus
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Asana, and data organization tools preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Required Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
