Three reasons to intern at SAP

  1. Culture of collaboration: meet with mentors, make new friends across the globe and create a thriving personal network.

  1. Project-driven experience: gain cross-functional skills from our virtual and in-person learning sessions, diverse subject matter experts, and project deliverables.

  1. Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Designer Intern (Global Value Advisory)

Location: Virtual

Internship Duration: 12 months

Working hours: 20-40 hours/week

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed Designer Intern to help us bring ideas to life across presentations, videos, marketing campaigns, digital content and user experiences for our internal tools.

This isn’t just about making slides look pretty, it’s about telling compelling stories, shaping how we show up, and building standout content used by global teams and senior leaders.

You’ll work closely with a fast-moving team on everything from executive presentations to event content to internal campaigns helping us make complex ideas simple, visual, and engaging across both content and user experiences. You’ll also play a key role in building and evolving the GVA brand look & feel, creating consistency across everything we produce while pushing it to feel more modern, sharp, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact presentations that are clean, visual, and executive-ready

  • Create short videos and dynamic content for demos, events, and storytelling

  • Support marketing and internal campaigns (newsletters, visuals, digital assets)

  • Help define and scale the GVA brand look & feel across content

  • Turn rough ideas into polished, creative outputs quickly

  • Simplify complex concepts into clear visual narratives

  • Experiment with AI tools and new formats to push design forward

  • Support UX/UI design for internal tools and prototypes (e.g., layouts, flows, and interaction concepts)

  • Help improve usability and overall experience of AI-driven tools through intuitive, user-centered design

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who is creative, fast, and cares about the details — someone who doesn’t just execute but thinks in ideas and visuals.

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Design, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated

  • Design & Technical Skills:

    • Strong skills in presentation design, video, and digital content

    • A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling

    • Experience with PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva

    • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

    • Basic understanding of UX principles (user flows, wireframes, usability)

  • Other Skills:

    • Ability to take complex content and make it simple and visual

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

    • High attention to detail and strong design instincts

    • Clear communicator who collaborates well and learns quickly

Helpful Qualifications:

Vibe Coding / Creative Tech Exploration

We’re especially interested in someone who can go beyond static design:

  • Uses AI tools to prototype, generate, and experiment quickly

  • Can create interactive visuals or lightweight digital experiences

  • Is curious about where design + AI + storytelling are going next

Meet your team:

Global Value Advisory is a fast-moving, highly collaborative team focused on storytelling, value communication, user experience and innovation. We move quickly, test ideas, and build content that is used globally — from internal teams to executive audiences.

You’ll have the chance to shape how we look, how we communicate, and how we show up, while working on projects that have real visibility and impact.
