Job Description

What you'll bring

You bring curiosity, a genuine interest in people and workplace topics, and a foundational knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle. Comfort working within structured processes and following established guidelines carefully matters more than arriving with all the answers.

  • Awareness of how onboarding, employment documentation, and basic labor law requirements fit together.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees on HR topics in both - French and English, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfort working within structured HR service delivery processes and established guidelines
  • Knowledge of HR systems or common productivity tools.
  • A genuine willingness to learn local regulatory environments and country-specific employment practices.

We also look for people who build trust naturally, communicate with clarity, keep the customer at the centre of what they do, and bring emotional intelligence and genuine problem-solving ability to the challenges they face.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You'll support the delivery of in-person HR services, helping employees navigate onboarding, policy queries, and day-to-day HR processes alongside your colleagues.

  • Support employees through the onboarding journey, from documentation to day-one readiness
  • Assist with the maintenance and documentation of local HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Help prepare materials for employee communications and HR initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge management activities that keep local HR guidance accurate and accessible
  • Develop your comprehension of how global HR programs and policies are adapted to meet country-specific requirements
  • Build functional knowledge of French employment and labor law as it applies to the employee lifecycle

Where you belong

You'll be part of the P&C Local Services team, working in a structured, team-based environment at SAP's headquarters in Levallois-Perret. Guidance from your colleagues is a regular part of how the team works at this level, and the expectation is that you follow established processes carefully, ask when something is unclear, and approach compliance and employee relations topics with discretion. The contribution at entry level is consistent support, careful documentation, and a genuine commitment to getting the basics right. If you want early exposure to country-specific employment practices, in-person employee support, and the operational side of a global people and culture function, this is a genuine starting point.
