Job Description
What you'll bring
You bring curiosity, a genuine interest in people and workplace topics, and at least 1 year of experience in HR or a related people-focused environment. You have a foundational understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, along with experience working with ticketing or case management systems to support employee inquiries and HR operations. Awareness of how onboarding, employment documentation, and basic labor law requirements fit together is a useful starting point, as is comfort working within structured processes and following established guidelines carefully. Familiarity with HR systems or common productivity tools is helpful, and a willingness to learn the specifics of local regulatory environments is more important than arriving with all the answers. Fluency in Polish and English is required to effectively support employees and stakeholders.
What you'll build
You'll support the delivery of in-person HR services, helping employees navigate onboarding, policy queries, and day-to-day HR processes with the guidance of more senior colleagues in our office from Warsaw, Poland. Assisting with the documentation and maintenance of local HR processes, supporting knowledge management activities, and helping prepare materials for employee communications and HR initiatives are regular parts of the work at this level. You'll develop your understanding of how global HR programs and policies are localized, building practical knowledge of the country-specific compliance requirements and operational practices that make local HR delivery effective.
Where you belong
You'll be learning the practice of HR service delivery in a structured, team-based environment with regular guidance from more experienced colleagues. The expectation at this level is that you follow established processes carefully, ask when something is unclear, and approach the local compliance and employee relations aspects of the role with discretion and attention to detail. This isn't a role where independent advisory work is expected from day one: the contribution at entry level is dependable support, careful documentation, and a genuine commitment to getting the basics right. If you're building your HR foundation and want early exposure to country-specific employment practices, in-person employee support, and the operational side of a global people and culture function, this is a genuine starting point.
We value the skills you bring and support you to build on them through our learning and development opportunities. These are the skills associated with this role:
