Job Description
What you'll bring
This role suits someone who combines strong data management skills with emotional intelligence and effective communication. You have experience with HRIS platforms and a track record of establishing trust with employees and stakeholders. You bring a customer orientation mindset, business acumen, and the ability to apply complex problem solving across global HR processes. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
What you'll build
You will be responsible for managing SAP employee data for SAP's APAC regions according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The efficiency and quality of our work is critical because all processes, stakeholders, and decisions rest on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey. You will generate employment contracts, create new hire profiles, and manage employee data changes, including transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and terminations, across SAP's APAC region. You will process payment requests from HR functions, perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of HR processes. Beyond your core responsibilities, you will collaborate across SAP's broad HR network and contribute to projects that advance our data management practices and HR technology. Using context engineering and AI adoption capability, you will improve how data is structured and how processes run day to day.
Where you belong
The Global P&C Services Team manages data for over 100,000 SAP employees worldwide. We are a diverse team of around 200 colleagues, based primarily in Prague. Agentic AI day-to-day practice and a commitment to continuous improvement define how we work. You will contribute your skills to a team that values precision, service excellence, and a workplace where every employee interaction truly counts.
