About Post Sales Center:
The Post Sales Center is part of the Global Commercial Finance CoE and collaborates closely with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition teams worldwide. Our focus is on supporting Sales with contract changes, approvals, shaping, contract creation, and various post-sales activities. This role provides opportunities to support projects, drive efficiency, and improve processes, all while offering development opportunities to shape future career paths

What You Will Do:
As a part-time member of the Post Sales Center supporting EMEA, you will be integral to the Global Commercial Finance organization, contributing to the company's success with a flexible schedule. You will collaborate closely with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition teams across the region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify compliance based on internal policies and external regulations
  • Guide and advise internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
  • Address internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
  • Resolve complex and moderate issues with independence and collaboration
  • Coordinate colleagues under defined process/region
  • Participate in projects and process improvements
  • Prepare process documentations/working instruction

What You Bring:

  • University Degree in Finance/Economics (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages (Italian, Turkish, French, or Spanish) are appreciated
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
  • Strong "Customer Focus" approach with excellent follow-up skills
  • Proactive mindset and "can do" attitud
