About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage reporting and analytics solutions for strategic accounts and internal leadership. This role involves developing, automating, and standardising reporting processes, delivering accurate insights, and supporting decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

What you’ll do

  • Implement and manage reporting and analytics solutions for top strategic accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Automate key customer-facing reports and dashboards using Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
  • Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and highlight trends to support business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commercial teams to deliver dashboards, forecasts, and benchmarking analyses.
  • Maintain and improve reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support legal and contract teams with reporting and data insights.
  • Consolidate KPIs across markets and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline integrity.

Who you are

  • Experienced in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Skilled in working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Educational background in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT.
  • Fluent in English.
