What you'll build
Serve as the key interface between RISE Sales/Engagement teams and GCO technical experts — bridging commercial intent with technical execution to ensure smooth, on-time customer onboarding and upgrade delivery.
Lead and manage projects autonomously end-to-end, consistently ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes through strong project-management expertise, structured governance, and proactive risk escalation.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding, release upgrade, and migration phases — demonstrating strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to de-escalate critical situations across both internal and external parties.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within GCO and beyond to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction; includes direct customer interaction and operational coordination with partners and system integrators during onboarding and upgrade projects.
Work effectively under pressure while continuously delivering value to customers and the organisation, exhibiting excellent communication skills across all levels of engagement.
What you bring
- 10+ years managing SAP landscape provisioning & migration Projects with a track record of below executed projects at scale.
Installation, S/4 Hana Migration, Datacenter migration and Release upgrades
5+ years leading complex, cross-functional SAP projects autonomously
Skilled at managing scope, timelines, escalations, and manage Executive stakeholder communications in a customer-facing context
Minimum 3 years in a senior customer-facing role
Proven ability to de-escalate critical situations
Manage partner/SI relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor across onboarding and upgrade phases.
Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in an SAP context
Understanding of RISE with SAP, BTP, and cloud operations governance models.

Demonstrates capability to integrate AI into project and operational delivery frameworks, including:
