What you´ll build
In this role, you will build a robust webinar program that drives engagement and delivers value to our audience. You will develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to promote webinar sign-ups, ensuring maximum reach and participation. Post-event, you will manage follow-up communications and update our SharePoint repository to ensure resources are accessible and impactful. Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in creating a well-structured and successful program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and curate relevant topics for weekly webinars that align with audience interests and business goals.
- Source and collaborate with expert speakers, ensuring thorough preparation through rehearsals.
- Develop and execute a communications plan to drive webinar sign-ups and engagement.
- Host webinars, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for participants.
- Manage post-event follow-up, including participant communication and feedback collection.
- Maintain and update the SharePoint repository with webinar recordings and related materials.

Skills and Attributes:
- Currently enrolled student at the university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with speakers and audiences effectively.
- Proficient in English in written and verbal (B2 – C1 level)
- Creative mindset to identify compelling topics and design engaging webinar content.
- Organizational and project management skills to manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including webinar platforms and SharePoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with diverse audiences.

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range for the posted role, with a targeted range of 31 - 39 [PLN]. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. SAP also offers specific benefits to employees in hourly or similar roles, subject to the terms of applicable plans or policy terms.
