What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Delivery iXp Intern – Strategic Content and Communications

Location: USA, preferred US East Coast

Expected start date to end date: March, 2026

Contract Duration: 12 months

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Your primary responsibilities of supoprting Global Delivery Hub Business Office will include:

  • Creating global content based on a defined content strategy that generates insight and fosters brand awareness
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create and amplify internal customer success stories
  • Assisting the team with day-to-day communications tasks and ongoing projects
  • Building communications assets in support of our key business initiatives
  • Participating in change communications initiatives to help continue to drive a winning culture
  • Supporting the creation of internal communications such as newsletters, presentations, blogs, brochures, infographics, and videos
  • Keeping an eye on social media trends and help turn them into engaging content ideas
  • Helping coordinate MS SharePoint sites, our storage for important insights
  • Running project management tasks for content creation and manage the related tools

  • Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results
  • Ability to work both independently and as a reliable, supportive team player
  • Familiarity with MS products incl. SharePoint and Sway and design tools, as well as basic video creation skills
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Masters in related topic is a plus!

Similar experience from previous internships and expertise with MS SharePoint and MS Sway, design programs, and video creation are a plus!

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
