What you’ll build
As Supervisor/Manager of the Requisition Preparation and Interview Scheduling Team, you build a high-performing, service-oriented operational team that ensures accurate, compliant, and timely requisition preparation and Interview Scheduling across regions. You translate Global Recruiting Operations standards into day-to-day execution, enabling a smooth end-to-end hiring process and a consistent customer experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of HR Service Consultants responsible for requisition preparation and interview scheduling activities located in Manila, Prague and Buenos Aires
- Ensure high-quality, and compliant delivery of services in SAP recruiting systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Own day-to-day service delivery, acting as the first escalation point for complex cases and stakeholder issues
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring workload, service levels, and quality metrics
- Ensure high-quality coverage of our intake channels (EIC, hotline, Plan2Meet)
- Foster a strong customer focus and partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and P&C stakeholders
- Promote simplification, standardization, and automation with a continuous improvement mindset
- Support and contribute to Global Recruiting Operations projects and transformation initiatives (eg. SmartRecruiter integration)
- Represent Global Recruiting Operations in the SmartRecruiter Integration Project for Interview Scheduling, ensuring a seamless implementation and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative team environment in a virtual and global setup
What you bring
You bring passion for people leadership, operational expertise, and customer focus, enabling you to guide a team while remaining close to the operational reality of recruiting services.
You bring:
- Experience in recruiting operations, HR services, or a shared services environment
- Strong coaching and feedback skills with a hands-on leadership mindset
- initial first-level people management or team leadership experience would be an asset, but not a must
- proven documentation of interest in people leadership would be beneficial (eg. leadership training courses)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with diverse stakeholder groups
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to manage performance
- A continuous improvement mindset and interest in automation and digital solutions
- Confidence working in a virtual, multicultural, and fast-paced global environment
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable recruiting systems (preferred)

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range for the posted role, with a targeted range of [EUR]. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process.
