Job Description
What you'll bring
You have well-developed expertise in regional field marketing, demand generation, multi-channel campaign management, and data-driven optimisation. The ability to autonomously develop and deliver integrated marketing programmes for an assigned geography, translate global GTM strategies into locally relevant execution, and use performance insight to continuously refine outcomes is what defines readiness at this level.
What you'll build
You'll autonomously develop and deliver field marketing programmes for your assigned geography, acting as the named marketing practitioner for that region. Planning and managing campaigns across digital and in-person channels, overseeing event marketing and lead generation activity, managing budgets, and nurturing customer and partner relationships are core responsibilities. Mentoring junior colleagues is an explicit expectation.
Success in this role is measured across pipeline contribution and measurable influence on qualified pipeline and revenue, engagement and conversion metrics that reflect funnel progression, the effectiveness of account-level engagement, a consistent pace of testing and optimisation, and reliable execution against objectives and timelines.
Where you belong
You'll own the marketing picture for your geography and be the person commercial, Customer Success, and channel stakeholders turn to for regional marketing expertise. The programmes you design and deliver shape how customers in your region engage with SAP across the buying journey. If you are ready for end-to-end ownership of field marketing for a defined geography, this is the right role.
