About the team

We are SAP’s EMEA Creative team, a group of designers and content creators who assist the midmarket sales organization in delivering a personalized, innovative, and memorable End-to-end digital customer experience. We are passionate individuals determined to deliver excellence in everything we do. By supporting various teams across the organization, we strive to elevate SAP’s engagement strategy and demonstrate how creativity can contribute to greater business success.

Summary

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer that is passionate about using creativity and innovation to solve challenges and has a good understanding of design engineering principles. You will join as a member of the EMEA creative service team with the mission of supporting our digital engagement strategy by producing unique customer-centric assets and content experiences.

The Role

The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, innovation, and technology to design cutting-edge digital content and experiences, with the aim of elevation our customer’s buying journey. During this role you will:

· Produce customer-centric assets across a variety of formats, including but not limited to: interactive prototypes, graphic designs, landing pages, and presentations

· Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver high quality designs that are engaging, innovative, and align with core purpose pillars of the SAP brand

· Bring ideas to life, using your different creative skills and technical know-how to solve creative challenges to ideate and design best-in-class experiences across a wide range of digital media

· Work with internal stakeholders to carry out content creation for SAP’s demand generation, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.

· Manage multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring quality, needs and deadlines are met

· Actively participate in testing and sharing new and better tools, methods, and best practices for content creation

· Encourage effective teamwork by providing support, and creating a climate of collaboration, constructive feedback & trust

Skills And Competencies / Education And Qualifications

· Problem-Solver : Demonstrates creativity when facing problems. Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals Creative-thinker : Ability to approach challenges, reframe them into possibilities and come up with new, fresh and sometimes unexpected ideas Strong Communicator : able to listen, communicate with business stakeholder in the organization

· Full-time position for recent graduate (bachelor or master

· Diploma should not be older than 3 years.

· Degree must be on relation to the position and Diploma is required.

· Demonstrated high-level proficiency in: Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects), Figma (or any other prototyping tool) and Microsoft Office.

· Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

· Portfolio featuring examples of work is preferred
