We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

YOUR TEAM

In Brno, you will be part of the SAP Labs Network — research and development locations that build and improve SAP core products. With 20 labs in 17 countries, SAP Labs drive thought leadership globally as well as in their local ecosystems, allowing SAP to innovate, grow, and succeed. The Lab in Brno operates across major development areas including Globalization Services, S/4HANA Finance, and Application Innovation Services.

The GTS Localization team in Brno is responsible for developing and maintaining country-specific legal compliance solutions within SAP S/4HANA. We ensure that SAP's global customers remain compliant with local financial regulations, customs, export/import processes, and tax requirements across diverse geographies. You will join a growing, globally distributed team and contribute to cutting-edge localization features powered by modern cloud and AI technologies.

PURPOSE

To design, build, and evolve AI-native enterprise applications and agents that enable the adoption of AI across SAP's customers. Apply modern agentic engineering methods, AI tooling, and platform capabilities to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions while continuously improving system quality, business impact, and customer value.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

  • Deep collaboration on development and refinement of upcoming requirements – with colleagues locally and worldwide
  • Continuously increasing your skills, learning about SAP products, the architecture, and principles of how they are built
  • Work in a scrum team in hybrid working environment with the office located in Brno.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, test, and maintain ABAP-based localization solutions covering legal compliance, customs, export/import, and tax processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise.
  • Understand and resolve software issues reported by customers and colleagues; manage and contribute to source code quality.
  • Build and expose services (OData/REST) and contribute to Fiori/UI5-based user interfaces for localization features.
  • Apply AI-assisted engineering patterns to accelerate delivery, including context engineering, automated code generation, specification-driven development based on product requirements, and AI-supported development workflows.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues across locations using English as the working language.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team planning and delivery.
  • Continuously learn SAP product architecture, GTS domain knowledge, and emerging technologies.
  • Support strategic initiatives including customer issue prevention and self-healing systems.
  • Design secure, scalable AI-native applications that combine traditional software components and agentic AI capabilities to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement robust end-to-end solutions and multi-agent systems that orchestrate tools, processes, data, and advanced retrieval systems.
  • Ensure application and AI output quality through testing, evaluations, benchmarking, and validation of generated outputs.
  • Build automated delivery pipelines to enable reliable and secure deployment of application and AI capabilities.
  • Operate, improve, and troubleshoot applications in production by analyzing telemetry, user feedback, and evaluation results.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate AI-enabled solutions with customers and internal teams, translating requirements into working solutions within short development cycles.
