Job Description
What you'll bring
You bring experience leading complex, customer-centred SAP projects in the healthcare sector — and know how to align stakeholders, teams, and technology around a shared goal in business-critical engagements.
We also look for people who think strategically, understand the business, and can bring others along with them — combining influencing skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to work through complex problems confidently.
In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs, automating routine tasks and AI-assisted prototyping, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.
What you'll build
As Delivery Partner for healthcare customers, you own business-critical SAP implementations and transformation programmes — from strategy through to measurable impact.

Where you belong
You will join the Project Management & Architecture team within SAP Customer Services & Support, Area Public, focusing on healthcare customers in Germany. The team combines deep industry expertise with methodological leadership and is regarded as a driver of excellence in project management and architecture consulting for public sector customers. The rapid digitalisation of the German healthcare system — from hospital digitisation to integrated care structures — creates real space for impact. The role is available at multiple locations: Hamburg, Berlin, Ratingen, Eschborn, and Garching.
