What you'll do:

• Serve as the lead data strategist, identifying new data sources and integrating them into our platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to implement machine learning models in production.
• Design and execute analytical experiments to support business and technical decision-making.
• Apply and fine-tune existing ML algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
• Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets for modeling and analytics.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and insights in data to support AI development.
• Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data sources across various domain

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or Java, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deploying ML models into production systems.
• Solid understanding of algorithm design, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative teams on multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Prior work in integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise software.
• Familiarity with SAP data models or BTP environment.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and MLOps tooling.
• Experience with data versioning, pipeline orchestration, and reproducibility practices.

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Data Scientist to drive our AI initiatives by designing and deploying data-driven solutions. You will lead efforts in mining, analyzing, and transforming structured and unstructured data to develop and enhance machine learning models that are integrated into our products. Your work will directly support strategic AI capabilities across our engineering stack
