Meet your team
The Operations Excellence team is part of the Intelligent Data Management organization in PDT (Product Data & Technology). We play a vital role in delivering trusted data to the business through giving data purpose, establishing data standards with the business process owner, and ensuring that data flows are managed across the entire SAP process and system landscape. This is the foundation on which the team operates. It is a global and diverse team consisting of Process Owners, located in the Czech Republic, Argentina, United Kingdom, USA, and Philippines

What you'll do
We're opening our doors in this paid role for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn, grow and participate in our varied projects. You will be involved in reporting, creating newsletters, and take part in ad-hoc projects. If you've got a driving interest in AI and a thirst to learn, we're looking for you.

• Creating detailed monthly reports for senior leadership
• Assisting in the development and updates of our data operations manuals
• Supporting Newsletter creation
• Collaborating with Cross-Process Initiative Lead and occasional contact with Operational Process Owners
• Open to exploring ideas to incorporate AI tools into daily tasks for increased efficiency

What you bring

• Student at a university, or with at least 1 year professional experience in relevant fields
• Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables), Power Point, Word
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken is a precondition
• Eager to acquire new skills and having a collaborative team-player attitude
• Ability to work independently and think critically
• Proactive and self-starting mindset
