What you’ll do
Your responsibilities will cover variety of areas in supporting the integrated marketing vision and planning for Central and Eastern Europe market. You will provide administrative, organizational, and operational assistance to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative & Operational Support – Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, facilitating office management duties, procurement, and logistics as needed.
• Internal Communication & Collaboration – Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth information flow within the CEE marketing team and between key business stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Marketing Awareness – Supporting internal communication efforts to promote marketing’s contribution to the business, enhancing visibility and alignment with other departments.
• Project & Task Coordination – Assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Data & Reporting – Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process Optimization – Identifying and implementing improvements in marketing team operations and administrative workflows.

What you bring
We are searching for energetic, open-minded young talent – 2nd grade student of (preferred): business administration, economics, marketing, communication, media management, with strong analytical and strategic thinking and/or in creative work. Understanding basics of (B2B) marketing or some practical experience in business operations would be additional advantage.

Required skill set
• Advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Language skills: fluent in English, proficiency in Polish (or other Central European language – nice to have)
Soft Skills:
• Feel comfortable working in a dynamic multitasking environment with international, virtual team,
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of marketing processes and stakeholder dynamics
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to assist our busy CEE CMO Office and whole CEE Team working in flex work environment remotely & in the office- in super fresh and innovative VARSO TOWER in the heart of Warsaw.
You will be reporting directly to the CEE Co-Marketing Director and assisting with all related tasks.
We are looking for a highly-well-organized, creative intern who is ready to jump right in and help us tell our story.
