Market Activation Expert (f/m/x)

Location: Warsaw

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver best in class customer activations in the Polish market in line with the annual Market activation plan as well as Cluster & Regional priorities and archetypes.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Deploying and executing the national activation plan.

• Executing consumer mechanics in market / Customer as part of toolkit localization responsibility.

• Localization of toolkit and translation of the materials.

• Responsible for PAR on EBAs (with input from other functions). In addition, responsible for EBA stage gates (NPR, ER) - ran within agreed process and timelines.

• Preparing, executing and post-evaluating a tailored activation plan for strategic SCM Customers within agreed guidelines.

• Budget governance - ensuring spend is consistent with the agreed plan, flagging and mitigating budget risks.

• Co-ordination with Sales & Field Force (where relevant): present activity and communicate materials.

• Local production of agreed POS or displays materials from menu card.

What are we looking for?

• University degree.

• Min. 1,5-year experience in Demand or Sales role.

• Ability to analyze and interpret internal and external data.

• Knowledge of the Polish retail landscape.

• Proven ability to deliver results across multiple priorities.

• Fluent English and Polish.
