Team accountabilities – How we work:
Our Finance team supports the business with reliable financial data, transparent reporting, and strong process discipline. We work closely with stakeholders across different functions and countries, combining operational accuracy with a continuous improvement mindset.
As part of the team, you will be involved in recurring finance processes, support master data maintenance, assist with the preparation cost allocation reports, and contribute to smaller accounting tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn how finance processes are managed in an international company and how tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and AI-based applications can support efficient ways of working.
Key accountabilities – What we expect from You:
Maintain and update finance-related master data with a high level of accuracy.
Assist with smaller accounting tasks, from preparing journal entries to supporting account reconciliations and clarification of open items.
Work with SAP and other finance tools to retrieve, validate, and process financial information.
Prepare analyses, overviews, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Support process improvements by bringing in a structured mindset and openness to digital tools, including AI-supported ways of working.
Communicate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders and follow up on open questions where needed.
Qualifications:
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in finance processes, accounting, controlling, and data quality.
You work carefully, reliably, and independently, with a good eye for detail.
You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, reports, and structured data.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected.
Experience with AI tools or a strong interest in digital productivity tools is a plus.
You are a team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Very good English skills are required; German language skills are beneficial in an international working environment.
