Team accountabilities – How we work:

We are part of Rolls-Royce Business Aviation Aftermarket Services, within the Parts Availability team. Our mission is to ensure the right aircraft parts are available in the right quantity, at the right time, and at the right location across our global network, enabling exceptional customer support and operational excellence to keep the aircrafts flying.

Key accountabilities – What we expect from You:

We are seeking a motivated master’s student with a passion for digitalization, data analytics, process optimization, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and analytical capabilities with effective stakeholder management skills to deliver end-to-end digital solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and create measurable business value while adhering to Rolls-Royce values, policies, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Analyze business, customer, and supply chain data develop KPIs and create automated, interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.

2. Process Automation & Optimization: Streamline business processes by transforming manual activities into automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Mendix, and other automation technologies.

3. Requirements Engineering & Solution Design: Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the design of scalable data, system, process and solution architectures.

4. AI & Digital Innovation: Explore and implement AI-driven solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and open-source AI frameworks to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

5. Supply Chain & Operational Excellence: Support supply chain operations through data-driven insights, process improvements, and digital solutions that enhance visibility, efficiency, and business outcomes.

6. Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, align objectives, and deliver data-driven and digital solutions that create business value.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme (1st or 2nd semester) with active student status.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills and Digital Skills. Professional, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Power BI, Advanced Excel, SAP, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Mendix, Data Analytics, Process Automation, Supply Chain Management, Open-Source LLMs, AI Agents, and Basic Software Development & Solution Architecture knowledge.
