  • Monitor and track supplier schedules, lead times, and capacity to align with changing business demand.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, optimize inventory, and enhance delivery performance.
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers or parts by coordinating initial orders, planning data, and logistics setup.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and standards, including Export Control and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

Position requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of MRP systems (SAP or equivalent) and supply planning principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organization.
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier technical assurance within aerospace or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Rolls-Royce Production System (RRPS), DMAIC, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or similar enterprise planning systems.
  • Knowledge of aerospace materials, parts procurement, or supplier development practices.
