As a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice, you’ll apply your engineering skills to real-world challenges supporting the technology, processes and products that power the future of aerospace. You’ll help develop and improve manufacturing processes across production, assembly, repair and our external supply chain with a focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery.

Across our aerospace and marine manufacturing businesses we focus on four core areas to help us deliver a capable and reliable method of production:

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to solve challenges, improve processes and support the delivery of products that meet customer and business needs.

With more than 18,000 people in manufacturing worldwide, you’ll be part of the largest function within Rolls-Royce.

• Contributing to meaningful projects that solution real business needs that directly impact our products and customers

• Building hands-on engineering experience through on-the-job training, varied daily assignments and collaboration with experienced professionals across Rolls-Royce

Who we’re looking for:

• Working towards a bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, and/or related degree

• Understanding and experience with CAD but not required

• Experience with drawing/blueprint interpretation but not required

Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

Minimum GPA: 3.0
