Job Description

Job Description

Customer to Customer (C2C) Manager

Full time

Derby

An exciting opportunity for you to join the Trent XWB Value Stream as a Customer to Customer Manager is now available.

The Trent XWB Value Stream is at the heart of one of the most successful widebody aircraft programmes in modern aviation. The Trent XWB engine family is the exclusive powerplant for the Airbus A350 family, providing industry-leading efficiency, reliability and long-range capability.

The Trent XWB value stream is responsible for the delivery of a large portion of Civil Aerospace profit which is generated by performing maintenance shop visits for our Customers. As we enter a sustained period of growth, shop visit volumes are forecast to increase materially over the next three years. By 2028, Trent XWB is expected to represent approximately 40% of all MRO events across the business. The volume of shop visits that we perform in any year is directly linked to the length of time that engine spends in the shop – less time in shop = more shop visit events. The C2C manager is responsible for leading a cross functional IPT of Aftermarket Ops, Value Stream and our global network of overhaul bases to reduce the time taken in shop, improve our operational performance and delivery our financial commitments.

What you will be doing:

C2C Ownership and Improvements:

  • Develop the 5-year vision & policy for Customer to Customer value stream management for Trent XWB through integration with Product Service Manager & Fleet Planning Manager.
  • Own and integrate Value Stream governance for Aftermarket performance.
  • Drive risk and readiness activities to ensure alignment to strategic plan.
