    Location: Krakow/ Cracow

At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our Internship programmes are designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential.

    Role overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain firsthand experience in Human Resources and develop a strong understanding of how HR supports employees and the wider business. During this 6-month internship, you will work closely with HR professionals and contribute to a variety of operational, administrative, and employee-focused activities.

    What you’ll be doing:

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts.

This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business but it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire (subject to performance and availability of roles).

    • Supporting HR Operations activities, ensuring employee records and HR systems are maintained accurately and up to date
    • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating activities, and supporting employee lifecycle administration
    • Providing support in handling employee queries and HR-related requests, ensuring a positive employee experience
    • Assisting with the preparation and review of HR documents, reports, presentations, and process documentation
    • Helping analyse HR data and prepare reports related to workforce metrics, employee information, and operational performance
    • Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee services
    • Collaborating with colleagues from different HR functions to gain exposure to areas such as employee administration, recruitment, workforce planning, and HR compliance
    • Supporting knowledge management and documentation activities to help maintain accurate and accessible HR information

    Who we're looking for:

    • A university student studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
    • Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related processes
    • Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • An open-minded, curious, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2)

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

    What we offer:

    • Exposure to core HR processes and systems
    • Opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals and build a professional network
    • Development of analytical, administrative, and stakeholder management skills
    • Potential opportunities for future roles within the business, subject to performance and business needs
    • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
    • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
    • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
