We’re looking for a commercially minded Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to work within and contribute to our end-to-end revenue engine. This role is responsible for supporting and providing feedback in support of optimizing the full sales process—from pipeline creation to closed revenue—while driving forecasting rigor, accountability, and operational excellence across the sales organization.
You will act as an important part of the predictable revenue growth engine, ensuring our go-to-market strategy is executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable impact. This is a highly visible role requiring system thinking, operational rigor, soft skills and ability to stand your ground.
Your work at Redgate
Support Redgate’s end-to-end revenue engine. Championing and enforcing a repeatable sales process (incorporating relevant sales technology); ensuring accurate handovers and transitions, with clear exit criteria and enforcing consistent opportunity management
Ensure sales reps adhere to the sales methodology (MEDDPICC) and way of working with consistent adoption and completion across teams
Providing rigor and challenge around weekly and monthly forecast and funnel review calls (using Clari) with sales managers and senior leadership (AMER).
Monitor deal progression and enforce disciplined pipeline management; identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and implement corrective action
Hold managers accountable for deal progression, stage integrity, data completeness and qualification quality
Provide clear leadership-level reporting on forecast accuracy, pipeline health, risks, and upside
Drive adoption of tools and processes that improve revenue predictability
Being the first point of Rev Ops contact for the AMER commercial team, and supporting new and established reps to ensure a consistent approach to sales processes and policies
What you bring to the table
3+ years in GTM, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Management roles, preferably with a background in SaaS or recurring revenue business models
Strong forecasting discipline with experience of structured forecast calls and holding sales reps and managers to account
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, or other structured sales methodologies
Comfortable with sales technology, revenue intelligence tools and CRM, most notably Salesforce and Clari
Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and follow up on findings
Who you are
Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organization
You’re a self-starter, autonomous, and can exercise credible judgement
Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy and articulate key business drivers to multiple personas
